Calling to confirm something, hard to understand. Asking me to press one or call 877-311-2348. I'm waiting for tech help but because I couldn't understand her message, I'm concerned about following through.

They are mean and nasty scammers trying to get money from you!! Do not give them any information. Google "Champion Strategy Holdings" and you'll see they are illegal and trying to collect on debt that people DO NOT owe. They use all different numbers all the time!! Be Careful!

Someone very rude looking for my late husband. Says they are not looking for me. Trying to keep people out of court.
Called the number stated I owed for a loan I did not have . Then got nasty when i asked for information for phone number of loan provider . lady name Tina state the police would come to get me court papers and my account will be frozen.

877-311-2348, Lisa Smith -- called me twice and i returned both times .... claimed i owe a pay day loan from 2013. told them they are wrong and send me papers. she said i was sent papers from the company and they will not resend. she get very nasty saying that i owe this and i have to prove i don't but they will not send me anything. i finally said do what you have to do and hung up.

877-311-2348 called my Sisters number and asked for me. Says it was a mediation. I called back and the man asked me to confirm my SS. HAHHAH I asked him to confirm his to me. So so so sad that humans can do this to other humans
I received a call from a female claiming to be a "mediator" working for Champion Strategy Holdings on March 16, 2021. The individual initially gave a name of Lisa Smith in her telephone message left on my answering machine. The message left was "This is Lisa Smith calling from Champion Strategy Holdings. I'm calling in regards to a file that has been forwarded to our office for review. This is important that I receive a call back from you or your representation. Since this file is a time sensitive matter and recommendation must be submitted to your local County processor for to return this call must be noted as a forfeiture of your rights and will be submitted accordingly. Please contact me at 877-311-2348 expedite your call to a mediator. Please press 1 now to speak with our mediators. You have been officially notified." Upon calling the number out of curiousity, the same person who left he message answered as Monica. She was very aggressive when told that she had called the wrong number. Lisa (or Monica) gave me the name and address of the person she was trying to contact. The address appears to have been to an apartment complex on Wellsbranch Parkway in Austin, Texas but did not include an apartment number. The address given was not my address. The named invidual does not live at my address. When instructed to remove my phone number from Champion Strategy Holdings list of numbers, Monica (Lisa) said she would refer the matter to her "legal department" and see what they would do about it. When told that she and her alleged company were violating 15 U.S.C. § 1692 –1692p, The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (US statute) and Texas' Texas Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, she got hostile and said that her company was not in violation of those laws as those laws allow her to call different people looking for them. In this case, this was either a scam or an unethical debt collection a list of telephone numbers in an attempt to track a person down. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office and with the Federal Trade Commission.

877-311-2348 lisa smith also called me claiming i owe a ppy day loan in 2013, i was living abroad in another country scammers!!!! They argue saying they sent papers to my address i never received and agussing me nasty people that work there... So sad that they work scamming others...
Called and left a recorded message saying they were from Champion Strategy Holdings and that I needed to call them back at 877-311-2348. Not going to bother now. THANKS!

I received a call from a female working for Champion Strategy Holdings on April 5, 2021. The individual stated her name as Lisa Smith in her telephone message left on my phone message. You have been officially notified."...There has to be some law that prevents idiots like this and her related company to be shut down and thrown into jail for chronic harrassment and scam abuse. So sick and tired of nonsense callers like these that I don't owe anything too! Next week I will get a call from a Dean Martin or a Johnny Schmuck trying to scam whatever they can from me...

I received the exact same message on my answering machine yesterday. When I called the number a answering machine said it was a forwarded mail box for Monica. I believe this is a scam and will be blocking the number. Thank you for posting your experience.

Let me know about some debt from 2013 that has to be paid. They are apparently a mediator but refused to provide me anything to validate the debt and they are marking it as a refusal to mediate or some crap. Ill pay a valid debt with paperwork, they have nothing to give or willing. Said I will be going to court and my wages garnished.
Unsure if they know how it works on collecting debt.
